A couple of months in, and I’ve got to say—StretchLab is still delivering. I’ve been hitting up weekly sessions with Josh, my go-to flexologist. The dude knows my body almost as well as I do my bike. He’s dialed into my riding goals, the old injuries that like to yell when they’re unhappy, and just how far he can push before my face turns into a grimace emoji.

Josh has even checked in via text a few times between sessions—not just to see how I’m doing, but to remind me to stay on top of my home stretches. That kind of follow-through makes a huge difference. It’s not just a session and done; they’re invested in the long game.

What’s impressed me most (besides feeling like a ninja compared to where I started) is how human the place is. Communication is on point—and all over text, if you prefer. That’s a huge win, because calling places ranks just below root canals and DMV visits for me. Gabrielle at the front desk is the unsung hero. She handles scheduling like a pro and doesn’t miss a beat on reminders or reschedules. Seriously, if she ran a race team, I’d join.

I did mess up my membership subscription online because… I’m me. It required a phone call (ugh), but it was smooth and handled without any corporate nonsense. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been sharp and helpful.

As for results? They’re not subtle. I can swing a leg over the bike a lot easier—still working on clearing the luggage racks like a champ, but it’s way better than it was. Neck mobility is solid now—I can check for traffic without moving my whole torso like a poorly animated video game character. Even just driving around feels more relaxed.

And no, I’m not getting paid to say this. I just appreciate when something works and the people behind it show up with professionalism and respect. If your body’s been giving you static and you’re tired of feeling like your suspension’s blown out, give StretchLab a look.

When you fell better, the trail feels better.
